afternoon
hmm.. afternoon is e worse time i think.. because my mind starts to wonder around.. and so here i am.. using computer and of course.. eating! hahaz..hmm.. sadded just now.. missed e Mac breakfast due to me wasting time here and there.. hahaz.. ended up in a coffee shop.. but still happy la.. because i treat my mum eat.. hahaz.. =]
hmm.. today had 2 minor incident.. which i think shows the really lack of courtesy in Singaporeans.. hmm.. i think we are just so not used to being courtesy? due to the way the country nurture us in this society? hmm.. don't know the reason too.. but i think that people last time is frienlier.. or is it my previous hometown? because last time we know majority of the people in our block.. saying hello and greeting everyone.. playing around with any children around of all races! the feeling is really great.. visit each other and eat nice cookies during individual new year.. and i remembered i used to greet the uncle and auntie opposite my house whenever i see them outside my house within a day.. hahaz.. and they laughed for me keep greeting them la.. so funny when i thought of it..
oh ya.. back to the 2 minor incidents today..
1st one.. at the coffee shop.. my mum asked the uncle to help us clean the table.. and after he finished cleaning.. i said "xie xie".. and the uncle smiled so happily.. really can see how joyful he is.. so i assumed seldom got people said thank you to him..
2nd one.. at the NTUC.. i went to get the giant plum fruit weigh.. and after the auntie weighed and pasted the sticker on it.. i said "xie xie".. and guess what? the auntie gave me a very unusual look la.. very weird expression.. as though i'm an alien.. hahaz.. then i told my mum maybe it's her 1st time hearing that.. alright.. my own assumption anyway..
hahaz.. anyway.. i think today is really a happy day for me.. for no reason.. hahaz.. hmm.. maybe because i finally understand nuclear physics after self reading for an hour plus bah.. it really feels good to understand certain topic that you don't understand during lecture.. but of course.. need to spend some time on it..
k la.. guys.. jia you bah.. clear all the doubts you have in any topic.. and you'll find revising it more fun.. and your mood will be happier too! hahaz.. you reap what you sow!
