hmm.. tomorrow going to be our 1st and last road run in JJ.. yep..jia you wor guys..
a run is not simply a run if u put in heart and soul to run.. hahaz..

don't stop just because you are tired.. you are feeling breathless.. your legs no energy to move on.. etc.. i can tell you it's not only you who are feeling that way.. everyone does.. unless you are walking or what bah..
so yep.. jia you n have fun in tomorrow's run!
* drink more water today before you sleep wor.. but one hour before you sleep don't drink too much.. if not you'll find yourself waking up in the middle of the night.. hahaz.. *
